The 3CX app can be used for setup and call handling, but it is optional. The main benefit is simple: your loved one has a local number to call, and you can receive the call wherever you are.
Receive your Engine Number
Once set up, you receive your Engine Number and instructions by email.
Add it to the prison contact list
Your loved one adds the number through the prison approval process.
