These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our telecommunication applications and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Engine Numbers provides a service that allows users to receive calls from prison inmates at a local landline rate by providing individual localised telephone numbers that are answered on your mobile, landline or smart phone.
Users must ensure that their use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Users must not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Services can be terminated without notice in the event they are used for unlawful or prohibited activities.
Our services are offered on a subscription basis, with payments processed through ANZ. All credit card and debit card information is stored by ANZ. Subscription fees are as specified at the time of purchase and are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Users can manage subscription and billing information through account settings.
Engine Numbers is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Engine Numbers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
